i have already share details its windows 10 enterprise evaluation iso which is directly download from microsoft website, also i have tested with different windows 10 iso on intel platform and didnt have this issue but in amd platform this issue exist.

seems i440fx (default Machine) display eject/hotplug devices.
seabios and ovmf (uefi)

eject/hotplug disappear after switch to Machine q35-6.0
tested with win10 (v22H2) and WinSrv2019 (v1809) on PVE 7.2 (epyc 7302p) and 7.3 (xeon silver 4210)
