Various doubt about replication function

Hello

I am trying the replication function with 2 servers with slow BW so, it's a few long for now (various hours, but it's logical...).
The copy is only for the data? or the entire disk of VM? (I have 137G of data and 200G of disk)...
Is there some logs to see the evolution? I am just seeing that process is working, with traffic in both servers and zpool increase in destination...
