Using HE DDNS for ACME certificates

For anyone using Hurricane Electric's dynamic DNS records in https://dns.he.net/, here is an ACME DNS API plugin script for PVE:

If I have understood it correctly, Proxmox will update their own proxmox-acme repo from acme.sh repo in GitHub, so if/when the PR gets merged at some point later, then the HE DDNS API script will be readily available in PVE installations without manual actions. But meanwhile, this manually installed script works nicely with my own PVE nodes.

acme.sh version 3.1.1 has been released, and it now includes the HE DDNS support. When proxmox-acme will be updated at some point and included in the PVE release, the external plugin script mentioned above is not needed anymore for using HE DDNS.
