We use greylisting, so our users have come to learn that sometimes it's best to whitelist a new contact to avoid the first-time delays. However, as administrators, we are growing somewhat tired of manually adding whitelist entries on behalf of our users.

The web interface link in the daily spam reports is great, but we've just not had any luck getting our employees to use it, or maybe they don't get a report every day. We would prefer to post a web link on an Intranet page as an entry-point into Proxmox for self-service maintenance.

Of course, we have learned that the web interface link in the spam report emails depends on the ticket ID embedded in the URL. Is there any other way to let users into the blacklist/whitelist page for their account?

Personal whitelist is after greylisting so if you whiteslist somebody here this will have no effect (only admins can enter a global SMTP whitelist).

You can use LDAP (Microsoft ADS) account to login to the spam quarantine (not all license types supports this)
