I Have arrround 30 servers runing Proxmox, I see this effect in only two servers... almost all servers use usb external harddrives to execute vms backups but on this two servers each two weeks all usb devices just desapear (mouse, keyboard, ups) plugout and plugin usb devices dont help and dont show anything on log. After boot all return to normal.

Please update your system.

I will do on both servers... but can take weeks until new event (or not more events). Any idea whats can be problem source ?

Newer kernels often resolve this kinds of problems.
