Hi everyone, unfortunately in less than a month my power went out twice already, that's why I decided to buy a UPS, unfortunately I don't know which model to choose, whether one with pure wave or not or whether I have to see other specifications.. .
as a power supply I have a corsair sf750 platinum (2024), for the moment I have 4 hdd 2 ssd, in the future also a 4060. I would like a UPS that if the power goes out is able to give the shutdown command to the PVE in order to avoid unwanted failures . If you have any advice I would be very grateful

From the brand, I would recommend an APC to you. Since the software is already integrated in Debian (and therefore also in Proxmox).

The ones with a clean sine wave cost a little more, but deliver clean power.
As for the size... it's best to calculate/measure, how much is needed.

In my experience it doesn't really make a big difference which model you buy, most models get the job done & usually all of the battery/s inside of them need replacing anyway after 2-3 years. You should find one that supports a NUT server (most do), look at their site, they have an absolute wealth of information. In my experience setting up a NUT server/client is not very hard - & will easily get the job done of gracefully shutting down your server on an A/C power-loss.

Good luck.
