Upload & convert VMware VM to KVM via SSH

Good afternoon all, how do I:


1. Upload my VMware VM to my Proxmox instance? What is the best way to accomplish this via SSH?

2. After I get the VM uploaded, how do I properly convert it to a KVM. What's the syntax? I heard this was possible...
