Upload and Download files from backups

I want to record here my suggestion to developers.

Just as it is possible to make the upload templates and .ISO images, the web interface, would be if you could make the Download and Upload backups made, we will have an option there is more to upload or download of backups and not only by SCP.

Sorry more SECURITY problem, I do not see security problem where it is possible to set levels of access to users.
User does not have permission not makes uploading and downloading does not even visualization.

Why? Where is here an security risk? Yes not really needed, but for only windows user (not me) it would be nice.
