Upgrading to 2.X without subscription

I'm trying to follow the instructions and upgrade from PBS 1.1 to 2.x. The instructions say:

apt update
apt dist-upgrade
# verify version:
proxmox-backup-manager versions
proxmox-backup-server 1.1.11-1 running version: 1.1.11 (or higher)

But I can't get to version 1.1.11 if I dist-upgrade with pve-no-subscription.

My /etc/apt/sources.list:

deb http://ftp.us.debian.org/debian buster main contrib

deb http://ftp.us.debian.org/debian buster-updates main contrib

# no subscription
deb http://download.proxmox.com/debian/pve buster pve-no-subscription

# security updates
deb http://security.debian.org buster/updates main contrib

My /etc/apt/sources.list.d/pbs-enterprise.list:

dist-upgrade does nothing for me:

Rebooting doesn't help.

Note that I do have a Proxmox subscription but the Proxmox Backup Server subscription is way too expensive for my homelab hobby projects.

You've added the PVE not the PBS repository. The PBS repository is deb http://download.proxmox.com/debian/pbs buster pbs-no-subscription as described there: https://pbs.proxmox.com/docs/installation.html#proxmox-backup-no-subscription-repository

Hah, whoops. That's good that kind of mistake can't break your system, hah.

Fixing the repo immediately got me going on 1.1.13. Thanks, @Dunuin !
