Upgrade and downgrade PVE 2.2 to 2.3

I read some postings about error/touble when upgrading to 2.3, before upgrading my Production Servers, I need to know:
1. How to downgrade from PVE 2.3 to 2.2
2. What must I prepare to make sure #1 will work?
3. What are the different requirements of PVE 2.3 vs 2.2?

install needed old packages via dpkg

2. What must I prepare to make sure #1 will work?

test the upgrade in your test environment

3. What are the different requirements of PVE 2.3 vs 2.2?
