We just released a bunch of updates and bug fixes for Proxmox VE 3.1, including a new ISO image.

A big Thank-you to our active community for all feedback, testing, bug reporting and patch submissions.

Release Notes

- Based on Debian Wheezy 7.2

- pve-kernel-2.6.32-26-pve (2.6.32-114)

  • update Broadcom bnx2/bnx2x drivers to 7.6.62
  • update ixgbe to 3.18.7
- pve-manager (3.1-21)

  • update French translation
  • some GUI optimizations for slow connections
  • remove nexenta plugin
  • ZFS GUI rework
  • vzdump: remove temporary directories (revert bug introduced by commit 1bb6e88fd65bb44a745065d2d899832f6ea0a2f5)
  • add Editor for new ZFSPlugin
  • GUI: add multi-monitor support for spice
  • openvz create/restore: use new PVE::Storage::abs_filesystem_path() in order to correctly activate the storage

  • clone: correctly check drive options (avoid feature is not available bug)
  • spice: add multi-monitors support

more packages for this repository is not stable, and is not recommended for production servers correct?
 
I remember that either the 3.0 or 3.1 (not sure) ISO still told you to go to https://IP at the end of installation whereas for 3.x it now should add the :8006 at the end. did that get fixed/changed? Btw this would also explain why people sometimes come asking why the webinterface isnt responding
