Hi everyone,

I updated one of my servers to pvetest (To test precisely) new package versions.

Now i create VMs (KVM) but PXE no longer works. When the machine is turned on, i get the following:

Booting from Hard Disk...
Boot failed: not a bootable disk

Booting from ROM...
iPXE (PCI 00:12.0) starting execution...

And there it stays. Tried looking in the forums and IRC, but no luck at the moment.

Tried looking for some more information on the logs but also there is not much information.

In case you ask, the vlan where it is configured works on other proxmox server and pxe boots and installs the vm. (So network config discarded).

1 - Proxmox interface says Status: internal-error.
2 - My pveversion -v

~ # pveversion -v

I uploaded a fix for that - please can you test?

# dpkg -i pve-qemu-kvm_1.7-4_amd64.deb

Well, bugs are quite common in complex systems :-/ But I think it is not the same bug from 3 years ago ;-)

but this time with proxmox 4.3

This is a know issue introduced with qemu 2.7 - we expect a fix soon.
