Update Passthrough wiki

Hi,

Could somebody update this wiki page: https://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/Passthrough_Physical_Disk_to_Virtual_Machine_(VM)#Update_Configuration

And explain that the "scsi2" parameter is just a virtual ID of the disk (so you can have scsi1, scsi2, scsi3, etc.):

qm set 592 -scsi2

Also explain that "592" is the VM id please.

Maybe combine the (not out-dated) information on the various wiki-pages and combine it with the chapter of the Proxmox manual as well? I think someone of the staff is working on it, but I can't find the thread.
