Update network interface rules

Good morning friends

How do I update the rules I create in / etc / network / interfaces

no need to reboot without server proxmox

sometimes I need to change port forwarding for vms that have ip 192.168.0.xxx

I do this in changing file interfaces. but I always need to restart the server as a rule to be valid.

is there any other way?

Have you tried ifreload -a after editing the network configuration?

ifreload -a (with ifupdown2 package)
