Unable to whitelist servers for bad SPF

Have you try add to /etc/postfix/cglmicro_regex_table.save instead?

209.85.221.41 OK

I'm trying an approach by adding "check_client_access regexp:/etc/postfix/cglmicro_regex_table.save" also to the section "smtpd_sender_restrictions".
Will come back with results.

I suspect DNSBL is IP based filtering, so whitelist by hostname may not work.
For the sake of testing, try whitelist IP and monitor the result.
