Unable to see available NFS mounts when creating storage-where should the fault be logged?

Goal: Mount NFS storage that is being served by my OpenMediaVault NAS
Versions: Proxmox 7.3.4 OpenMedia 5

I've created NFS shares on my OMV machine. However, when I try to configure the storage on ProxMox, the mounts are not visible. OMV can ping ProxMox and vice versa. I have journalctl -f running on both servers, but when I click the link in proxmox scan the OMV server, no log entries are showing. Where is a good log on ProxMox to find the error when the NFS scan fails?

Thank You.

Hi, maybe you get some useful output from the pvesm tool as described here:
Code:
pvesm scan nfs <server>
