Unable to run NIC Broadcom NetXtreme BCM5720 2 PORT Gigabit in Proxmox 8.1

Hi all!
I'm trying to use Broadcom NetXtreme BCM5720 2 PORT Gigabit network cards (https://www.amazon.it/gp/product/B0BDRS1L13/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) in a new installation of proxmox 8.1.
I tried two different samples and in each case I got "no link" regardless to the port and the network counterpart (router, switch or other stuff)
Any help?

Yes, with another brand of card

Broadcom .. mellanox .. all causing lot of issues if it's outside of esxi. But intel are the true compatibility.
