unable to install NIC drivers in Server 2019 under PVE 7.1-10

Quite frustrating: Tried to install a new MS Server 2019 into a fully updated PVE 7.1-10! None of the NICs will install drivers, even the simple E1000 shows (Code 56) - windwos is classifying ...
In my case it is Server 2019 std. German with GUI. First suspected Windows error (certain upadtes caused this error) however, no solution from there or from Microsoft support.
Workaround: Setup the Server on a PVE 6.4-13, install all necessary drivers and updates - backup and restore on the production server.
If anyone has another solution, please share

You will see many posts with the same problem, use the forum search function.

Summary: do not use the German version of Windows.
(use English version, and on top the German language pack)
