Unable to connect to the internet

Hello,

I am trialing Proxmox and connected the server to MikroTik CRS305-1G-4S+IN and extra cable to the ISP modem/router. I can access the server via my laptop to the server but the server unable to talk to the router or modem. With little experience in the networking side, I am wondering what step do I need to do to get the server recieve internet connection?

Can you run

cat /etc/network/interfaces

on the Proxmox server and paste the output here?

Also the output of

 ip address show up

And the IP config of your laptop or router (a screenshot will do) just as a point as reference.
