Unable to connect to external noVNC

Added 'args: - vnc 0.0.0.0: xx' in the configuration file
I can connect using RealVNC Viewer, but I can't connect using the set up noVNC. This is my first time setting up noVNC. What is the reason for the inability to connect?

I have already fixed the issue with the novnc settings myself
Novnc is built in the same computer room as the server, but when using an external Novnc for remote operation, the mouse and screen can feel floating. When using PVE's built-in Novnc, it is very smooth, and both displays are Novnc. Why does the external Novnc lag?
