Ubuntu Server didn´t start

I installed UbuntuServer (downloaded the image and installed it) for the first time I was starting the maschine it works fine. but after a restart it shows up like this:

I deleted the UbuntuServer vm and reinstalled it, but I get the same "error" everytime!
Any ideas?!

pls post your 'pveversion -v',

and also what version (ISO) of ubuntu do you use.
