two systems on the same hd

Good afternoon. My doubt is simple, but I do not know if it is possible to do.
I have only 1 hd of 1TB and want to install two different systems (Windows10 and Debian). Would it be possible to divide this same HD in equal sizes to install the two systems?
I tried to partition it. I installed Debian correctly, but when I install the second system (windows10) I don't see the other empty partition to install it.
If anyone knows of a way, I'd be grateful for help

in PVE, each vm has its own Virtual disk. there isn't limit in system number.
posting screenshots can help because i don't understand your case.

I will post the printout tomorrow, because I don't have access right now.

But here's the thing: The proxmox is already installed on a physical machine, all configured. Now I want to create two VMs (the 1st with Windows 7 and the 2nd with Windows 10), but I only have 1 single 1TB HD. I wanted to reserve 500GB for Win7 and other 500GB for Win10. My question is: In Proxmox, can I make this logical division and install these two systems? If yes, how do I do it?
And another question... Will they run at the same time? As two independent machines

*Note: I said in the topic that I was going to install a Debian, but in fact it is a Windows 7.

Are you trying to dual-boot your physical workstation between Windows and Proxmox? Or are you trying to dual-boot inside a single Virtual Machine running on top of Proxmox? Or are you trying to just have two different Virtual Machines?

I want to create two VMs separately, but I only have 1 HD and want them to work independently, both connected at the same time, working in parallel.
