I have an HP DL360 G6 server and have run the tests on it to make sure that it will be okay to use for 3.3. I have been able to get to the GRUB just fine, but if I click on the GUI interface then it doesn't work. I've accepted that I won't be able to use this. However, when I select the console option no input shows up and if I select that TUI option it will just show a black screen. Any help would be appreciated. If any other details are needed, please let me know

Hi,
it might help to use the nomodeset parameter as described in this section in the docs, see https://pbs.proxmox.com/docs/using-the-installer.html#adding-the-nomodeset-kernel-parameter

Otherwise, installing Proxmox Backup Server on top of a Debian installation is also possible, see https://pbs.proxmox.com/docs/installation.html#install-proxmox-backup-server-on-debian
Thank you Chris,
This helped me get to the install itself, but now I am having an issue where the whole process freezes when I start working with the storage and installation of the OS.

I can't seem to get the TTY to pull up. I just learned now that it is when I try to change any of the configuration settings on it that it breaks. I redownloaded the ISO file from the official website. I haven't tried a different medium, but the one that I have has worked for installing the latest version of Proxmox VE, so I assume it is working correctly
