Hello,
if I understand correctly the fail-over takes a few minutes to switch a node in case it would be latencies of a node etc.
So my question : can I reduce the time required to configure failover?
I use ceph nautilus.

Do you mean HA Failover?

No, it's one to two minutes, depending on the time difference between when the node failed and when it could acquire it's lock the last time. This is hardcoded and many things depend on that, cannot be changed.
