thin pool instalation issue

I want to install a poxmox ve on a dell wyse 5070 with 8gb ram and 128gb m.2 ssd. however, I run into a continuing problem. as soon as it wants to create LVs. it gives the error: unable to create data thin-pool. i can't find a solution anywhere, can anyone help me?

Looks like your m.2 disk is defect, try with another one.
PS: 8GB ram is quiet small to have fun with pve.

I just tried another ssd. this works! finally after trying it for a few days. Thanks!
how could i have seen this? that eventual other people can intentify this problem too.

When you dd the device (and later wipefs etc) didn't work this is a sign that the disk is defect as this should ever work.
