Tanberg NEOs StorageLoader not recognized

Hi Everybody,

I'm currently in the process of evaluating PBS as our new backup system.
The evaluation instance is currently running on an older server and connected via iSCSI to a Tandberg neoseries autochanger.
I can see the PCIe card when running lspci, and the /dev/sgx devices are there; however, PBS does not detect the changer.

Is it possible that Tandberg devices are not supported?
If yes, will this type of changer be added in the near future?

And what product do we talk about exactly (LTO version)

We use one of our older servers running PBS and connect it to the Tandberg Library via SCSI.
The server doesn't support SCSI directly; therefore, we use a PCI extension card.
I couldn't find the exact model of the extension card we use, but I have images of the SN and SAS numbers.
Those are as follows:

SN:SP20316497
SAS9212-4i4e H3-25134-01B

The card has been used for quite some time; therefore, it could be hardware-related.
I will try to unplug it in the afternoon and check if anything changes.
