Often when we are uploading iso's to our Proxmox instances, we want to ensure that we do not flood the link, and would like to have the ability to limit the upload speed.
Something similar to what we do with wget ie: wget --limit-rate 5m <url-address-of-iso>
I envisage an extra option on the Upload screen where we can enter/limit the speed - see attached image.
This could probably also apply to the "Download from URL" option too.
