Suddenly high ping times/disconnection

Hello!
I have a problem but am not sure, if i am right here.
I have proxmox running on an Intel Nuc 12th Gen. since a few days once a day suddenly i cannot connect to my web interface and when i ping any of my vms or the proxmox ip, i get very high ping times. When i unplug and replug the network cable, the problem is solved without any issues until the next day, when the ping suddenly goes up again.
My Network runs over unifi with a FritzBox as router. None of the other devices has this problem. The Nuc is connected over 10Gbit SFP+ (while it itself only supports 2.5Gbit).

I hope, someone has an explanation for this

Hi! Sorry for the late response. I have a FritzBox 5690, that is connected to a US 24 PoE. The cloudkey 2 is also connected to this switch. I have a US XG 16 connected to the PoE switch and the nuc is connected to the XG16 with 10Gbit ethernet. Also, i may have found the error now, maybe it was the cable, that had a Problem, but i will report, if it happens again.
