Hi, i just checked into my proxmox webpage and got hit with the info that the subscription info is too old.
And when i press check i get a timeout: Invalid response from server: 500 connect: failed connect no route to host.

Whats wrong? In the dns settings of proxmox i have my vm guest pfSense dns-server (bind9) as first option and 8.8.8.8 as second.

I just tried to reboot the whole thing. Still doesnt work.

EDIT: I just changed the dns settings to only 8.8.8.8 and i get this error:
Invalid response from server: 500 Can't connect to shop.maurer-it.com:443 (Bad hostname) (500)

subscription keys are regularly validated on https://shop.maurer-it.com, so your host needs access to this server. looks like your firewall/network settings are preventing this - check settings there.

If i, on the lan side, click that link. i can access it correctly.. but i cannot understand why my proxmox cannot..

A tracert shows this:

C:\Users\##>tracert shop.maurer-it.com

Trace complete.

So i do not believe its a problem on my firewall..

Re: SubscriptionInvalid response from server: 500 connect failed connect no route to

Hmm.. finally figured out that somehow the default gateway had vanished or something, so after running "route add default gw 192.168.0.90" it worked.

I am experiencing the same things listed here. I have checked my DNS settings, and my default gateway. I have 3 proxmox servers all running 4.2.5, When i log into two of them they do not show me the message and the subscription page loads no problem. When i log into the 3rd unit, i receive the message that i do not have a valid subscription and i need to check it. When i check it, i get "
Invalid response from server: 500 Can't connect to shop.maurer-it.com:443 (500)" I have tred updating from the command line but still not able to get past this. I am able to check for updates using apt-get from CLI, but when i try to upgrade through web interface i get that error.

Please help!

Seems you have a network issue, please make sure that you do not block access via a firewall.

If you think there is an issue with your subscription key, please contact the shop team via:
