Subscription problem

Hello,
When i upload a Subscription Key on one of my servers, that doesn't work and it says that is invalid (please look at the image).
Can you help me please.

Where did you buy your subscription key?

If your subscription key is not working, you can open a support ticket, so we can take a deeper look and possibly solve the issue.
