subscription information too old

We regularly encounter a problem on two of our nodes. Approximately once a monthly the subscription stop working. But all start working after the clicking on the button "check".
How to fix this issue permanently?
 
It's interesting why we pay for the subscription if the support doesn't exist in any type.

When I did it several years ago you told me that there is no support for Community Subscription in ticket. So have or not?

No need your help on the servers, but license must to work. But it wasn't.
Ticket? No.
Here? No.
Whom and where I need to ask about the licenses work? I think this question will be helpful for community, not only for me.
 
if you subscription is at the community level, you don't get regular enterprise support tickets. you'll still get assistance with subscription related issues! it's just a lot easier to debug those over a private channel where you can provide the subscription details, which is not possible here.
