startup error: if -up.d/mountnfs(vbr0):lock /var/run/network/mountnfs? boot hangs

On boot I get this error.

if -up.d/mountnfs(vbr0):lock /var/run/network/mountnfs exists, not working ... failed

Sometimes the system will continue to boot after 2 secs other times it will just hang indefinitely.

I removed all NFS shares from the storage, using cif now. Anyone know how to resolve it?
