Standing Up a Windows Server

You need to load the drivers. Click browse and find the correct folder
 
You need the scsi driver, so the name of the folder should look like some of this. Haven't actual a disk here, but yes it works how np86 says.
 
Please check your ISO - most users with similar issues got corrupted ISO images. (windows ISO)
 
After trying my third ISO, I was able to get past the driver screen, and now ran into this error (tried booting twice, and get this both times):
0x80070570. It looks like corrupt file(s) or there is an issue with RAM.
