Spice virt-viewer

I recently installed proxmox 8 with a windows 10 VM where I installed the

https://www.spice-space.org/download/windows/spice-guest-tools/spice-guest-tools-latest.exe

Now I want to connect to this Windows 10 VM from my local Windows 10 via Spice.
Therefore I was looking for something like a virt-viewer on my local computer.
But there is no such thing.

Where can I find the required Remote Viewer?

Good god that is the MOST HIDDEN download link I have ever seen in 35 years of IT. Does not bode well for the software itself.. what a trainwreck of a site. Even resorted to doing a Ctrl-F for "windows" and nothing. For anyone landing here like me, Ctrl-F for "msi" and you'll find it. Or if they break the links the direct folder is indexed here. Make sure you choose 32 or 64 bit properly, both are there: https://releases.pagure.org/virt-viewer
