[SOLVED] SPICE Display inaccessible

Good evening everyone.

I have set VM > Hardware > Display : SPICE (qxl) and restarted the machine (fresh install), when clicking SPICE in Console dropdown menu nothing happens.

May I know how I can access this feature?

I am having a hard time finding the correct download for Windows OS on http://www.spice-space.org/download.html. Which of these would be right?
