Hello,
We have a W11 VM connected with DMZ (orange LAN). On this machine works a special service. This service generate a activity console ~ every second a new line query/answer "heartbeats"...
Now we like to build an easy to use link to this remote desktop. Easy like a RDP link, but more secure with SPICE, because of DMZ....
? We tried some days, but is this really possible with spice client on windows client or on debian12 client ?

Yes it is technically possible to use SPICE from Windows or Debian 12 using the remote viewer client

That said SPICE is designed for VM administration through the hypervisor not for user remote desktop access in a DMZ

Using SPICE requires access through Proxmox or exposing SPICE ports which is not ideal for security and usability and does not provide a simple RDP like experience

For a clean and secure DMZ setup we recommend RDP through a VPN or an HTML5 gateway such as Apache Guacamole which is more suitable for end users
