Spam quarantine is empty

Same problem with 8.0.11
the message is listed as "quarantined" but Spam Quarantine is empty
please share the logs of this mail - and also check that the mail was not delivered or deleted in the meantime
 
I also have this effect here, log say mail is quarantined, journal show it:

The file is there, but the Webinterface does NOT show it, not even when i search for the sender or recipient address.

what additional Info do you need, and how can i trigger the delivery of the mails in quarantine via cli if i know the filename

Can i whitelist a sender for clamav scans instead of spamassassin, if so , how?
