[SOLVED] Spam Quarantine doesn't show e-mails

Hello!

Can you help me please to understand, why some emails marked as spam will not show in spam quarantine?

Here is an example:

I'm received 4 spam emails at 9:46:



But when i open spam quarantine, these emails will not show up



What could be the reason for this behaviour?

PMG version is 7.1-9

Restored 7.1-7 from backup and the problem is gone. Seems like something is broken in 7.1-9

if not could you post the journal from the time a mail should be moved into the quarantine?

It working fine now on 7.1-9. Seems like i just needed to reboot PMG after i updated from 7.1-8 to 7.1-9. So thanks, sorry for bothering!

I can confirm that the bug was present in 7.1-8 and fixed in 7.1-9 , but I have encountered another one. Now when the mail is delivered to the final recipient, in the headers the X-SPAM-LEVEL is with broken formatting. I am attaching screenshot for illustration.

Sorry to dredge up an older post, but I am seeing this happening in PMG 8.1.2, where I just sent myself a test email, it was blocked at PMG at spam rating of 12. It shows in the tracking center as blocked, but nothing in any of the three quarantines. Besides that, I've sent myself emails from this same email (gmail) and they weren't flagged, so I know it worked before. This most recent email had a .PDF file attached that's a legit document.

Edit: Even after rebooting PMG, it remains the same.

this would probably be better suited in a seperate thread since the original issue of the thread should be fixed
if you open a new thread, please also post the log of the mail (e.g. from the tracking center)
