spam issues with mail gateway

we are facing problems with mail gateway rules
if we enabled rbl checks no user receive emails from many isp around egypt since they are i think listed

when we disable rbl checks we face issue users receive high amount of spam

2nd point Use Greylisting is unmarked i did read all documnetaion related to the subject could you please advice how does it work exactly

that the feature and looks that it works well.

if someone is listed, no mails are received from them. to check the details, query the sender via tracking center and you will see why its not received.

yes. these IP´s are blacklisted as they are obviously known as spammer. so whats the question?

FYI, you can configure the use of blacklist in two ways:

- on SMTP level (means the emails are blocked before they arrive)
- on the rule system (means the blacklist entry adds a higher score and the email is move to the spam quarantine - accessible by the users)

rbl: you can enable or disable, but you cannot edit the content, see docu (also for your local DNS question)
