How do you get audio through RDP? Is there a setting that needs to be set in order for audio to work?I think the question was how you access that ubuntu. VNC got no audio, but SPICE and RDP does.

Is this normal, no audio in a VM? I figured it would be emulated like video. All the videos and tutorials I've watched regarding setting up a VM in ProxMox doesn't mention having to configure audio. You need to manually build and install the pulseaudio sound redirector:

Sorry, when you say SPICE, is that using virt-viewer? None of the guides/videos mention SPICE.SPICE will give you audio, but you asked about RDP. RDP is not native to Linux.
Yes. SPICE is one of the choices when you set up the video in a VM. There are other ways to do virtual desktops on Linux VM as well. I use NoMachine.Sorry, when you say SPICE, is that using virt-viewer? None of the guides/videos mention SPICE.
