So after creating a test image on a test proxmox 4 install as a ZFS image, I was unable to remove said image. I had used debian 8 and lvm. I later discovered that the host (proxmox) had run run vgchange -an volgroupname and vgexport volgroupname to be able to destroy the image on zfs.
No other significant bugs with proxmox 4 yet that I've found~ If testing continues to go well, I plan to even subscribe for a support package. Thanks for the awesome FOSS virtualization software
