I have powered on vm, but my colleague removed (rm -rf) .qcow2 image file of it, so vm is steel powered on and is working. How I can restore .qcow2 image file of vm?

Hi,
until the VM is powered on, nothing is lost!

Try to calm the VM and then copy the deleted file - find with lsof. ("lsof | grep qcow2")

there was a long time ago some threads about this...
