[Solved] Pci Passthrough: No IOMMU detected

Machine:
Dell Precision T7610
(Xeon 2650 v2) x 2

Pci Device:
LSI 2308 SAS Controller flashed to IT mode

Problem:
"No IOMMU detected, please activate it.See Documentation for further information."

So far I have done these things:
Added "intel_iommu=on" to nano/etc/default/grub
and added to /etc/modules

vfio
vfio_iommu_type1
vfio_pci
vfio_virqfd

I found the answer to my problem, here: https://forum.proxmox.com/threads/how-to-activate-iommu-with-uefi.62846/post-286630

Add intel_iommu=on at the end of /etc/kernel/cmdline
and run `pve-efiboot-tool refresh`
