SolusVM move OpenVZ containers to Proxmox 4 ? How?

How.

I see that its stated within docs to make a openvz backup but is that vzdump file? then just restore in Proxmox 4?

I'm trying to migrate from solusvm to Proxmox 4. Can't use vzmigrate anymore it seems as proxmox 4 does not use openvz anymore.

Any ideas?
