Snapshot: Ram opt in

most times I don't want snapshots with ram. How can I make this default?

currently there is no way to change this.

sorry for hijacking this after so many years. but is there any option to change the default by now?
Snapshots with RAM included take a lot of time to finish, and most of the time, RAM is not necessarily needed.
So some way to change the default behaviour would be great.

I need a option to change the default of this. from where comes the default in the gui?
