Slow speeds with Deluge

Hey,

I have container that is running Ubuntu 20.04 (Headless) which then has Deluge installed. For some reason, I can't get anywhere near the speeds I'm supposed to get. I have 1000/1000 connection at home. The speeds I'm getting are around 100-150, with a torrent which has plenty of seeders. The same torrent maxes out my connection on my Windows machine.

I've tried adding more resources for LXC, didn't help. Tried downloading directly to the disk attached to the LXC, tried downloading to a NAS.

Weird thing is that if I create a Ubuntu 20.04 with desktop, the speeds go up substantially, somewhere around 800-900.

Proxmox version: pve-manager/7.3-6/723bb6ec (running kernel: 5.15.85-1-pve)

Container info:
arch: amd64
cores: 8
features: nesting=1
hostname: box
memory: 8000
nameserver: 1.1.1.1
net0: name=eth0,bridge=vmbr0,gw=192.168.50.1,hwaddr=12:04:B6:47:37:27,ip=192.168.50.8/24,type=veth
onboot: 1
ostype: ubuntu
rootfs: Storage:107/vm-107-disk-0.raw,size=20G
swap: 512

Did I mess up some setting? Or is this some kind of limitation of LXC?

If I need to provide more info, I will gladly do so!
