Slow internet speed on pve but not on local network

what is an Edge Kernel? i just use the pve Kernels in the Repos. @LolekUK Can you give me a
Bash:
uname -r
Code:
root@vmh:~# uname -r
5.15.12-edge

I've started using edge hoping it would fix my speed issue, but it didn't :)
More info here: https://github.com/fabianishere/pve-edge-kernel

Had to update AppArmor to run containers, all explained in the above link, one line to be added to a file, very quick fix.

I write an issue maybe he can fix it. So no need for Kernel Parameters anymore.
I don't change to edge as long there is no fix.

i got it fixt with the edge Kernel you told. I dont use actually the kernel Parameter. I Check the line over the hole night once per hour.
But it looks good so far !!

as mentioned on github, I still had to use the parameter to get it working on the edge kernel too :| so unsure why it works for you now without the parameter? :|

Is the problem still relevant? I have same problem. I have 160 Mbps and unlimited upload. Let's take it as 1 Gbps.

When I run "speedtest" in PVE shell, it's show me nice speed for upload (I have 200 VM's, because of this download is ok):

But when I run test in VM i get this:

I think this is not a normal situation. In general, here and on other forums, I have seen a lot of Proxmox users with this kind of problem. And in general, it seems that the internet speed in VMs is much lower, just from the terminal sometimes. I see that there is no specific reason for this. Some say that there is an effect when replacing kvm64 processor type with host, others say something else, but in the absolute majority this problem remains as it is.

perhaps you need to switch server of speedtest
Bash:
user@vm:~$ speedtest -s 45202
