Setting the number of VM backups

I need to set the number of VM backups to where it will make backup copies until the drive is full then delete the oldest back up. I can't find this is the settings. How do I do this? It seems capped at 6

I am still using V 3.1.21 When I go to data center/storage all I see are the drives listed. Backup just shows the schedule for backups
