I want to Isolate my VM's into multiple VLANs,
Currently, my Proxmox server has 5 physical NIC's and I have an L3 switch configured with 5 VLANS, how should I configure networking on the Proxmox server?

This is my current Network config on the Proxmox server

You need to configure your vm nic settings.

VM -> Hardware -> Network Device -> "Bridge" and "VLAN Tag" need to be set

So if you have for example vlan id 2 for the subnet 192.168.15.0/24
You would set it to "vmbr4" "2"

Btw edit vmbr0 and check "vlan aware"

I have set all my guest VLAN tag settings but I can't talk to guest on other VLANs

Thats the main reason to use vlans, to seperate subnets. So they cant talk with each other..

If you want your vlan to reach another vlan you have to whitelist it in your firewall (gateway)

Setup firewall rules acordingly.
