Set correct time in VM after resume

Hi

I tried to suspend some of my ubuntu VM's and noticed that time in the VM didn't adjust to real time. I have tried to enable "Use local time for RTC" but that didn't sort it out. Any hint's what to do.

Are you running a NTP service within the VM?

Yes, there is a ntp service running.

Then something isn't right. NTP should correct your time. If there is a huge gap in time I think you might run into issues, but if the gap isn't to big NTP should fix it within a reasonable amount of time, but it won't be instant. There is quite a bit of conflict about this subject.
